First of all, I'd like to introduce myself, Leanne Murray-Kemp. I am the owner of LK Health & Wellbeing.
​
We are PE and fitness specialists, specialising in teaching PE lessons and upskilling your staff, as well being fully qualified to teach exercise and nutrition to both children and adults.
​
We work in primary schools across County Durham, teaching health, fitness and a wide range of sports/ physical activity lessons.
​
Alongside myself, I have the fabulous Paul Clarke. Paul has 16 years experience of teaching PE in schools and is one of County Durham's finest coaches.
​
We both have various Level 2 NGB Coaching qualifications, as well as specialising in children's fitness and wellbeing.
​
I personally have 20 years experience of working in schools, teaching PE lessons in a safe and fun environment with a wealth of experience and qualifications including the following:

We are also qualified in the following sports... Football, Netball, Basketball, Dodgeball, Rounders, Hockey, Cricket, Tennis, Athletics, Rugby, Tri-Golf, Table Tennis and Tag Rugby... the list is endless.

Our overall aim at LK Health & Wellbeing is to get every child to achieve 60 minutes of physical activity every day in a fun environment, through delivering fun PE sessions. We have a range of packages available, short and long term programmes, one off lessons, teacher training, young leader training and much more.

We deliver curriculum PE lessons, breakfast clubs, lunch time clubs and after school clubs. We also teach fitness days, young leader training and small group/ remote physical activity lessons for children with SEND.
