Welcome to LK Health & Wellbeing

First of all, I'd like to introduce myself, Leanne Murray-Kemp. I am the owner of LK Health & Wellbeing.

We are PE and fitness specialists, specialising in exercise and nutrition to both children and adults. 

We work in primary schools across County Durham, teaching health, fitness and a range of sports/ physical activity lessons.

Alongside myself, I have Caitlin Kemp and James Thornton.  

Caitlin Kemp and James Thornton are both level 2 instructors who specialise in children's fitness and wellbeing.

I personally have 19 years experience of working in schools, teaching PE lessons in a safe and fun environment with a wealth of experience and qualifications including the following:

BA (Hons) Sports Studies Degree

Level 2 Exercise & Physical Activity for Children

We are also qualified in the following sports... Football, Netball, Dodgeball, Rounders, Hockey, Cricket, Tennis, Athletics, Rugby, Tri-Golf, Table Tennis and Tag Rugby... the list is endless.

Our overall aim at LK Health & Wellbeing is to get every child to achieve 60 minutes of physical activity every day in a fun environment, through delivering fun fitness sessions. We have a range of packages available, short and long term programmes, one off lessons, teacher training, young leader training and much more.

We currently have a few slots available for this academic year (2021-2022) so please get in touch for more information.

We deliver breakfast clubs, lunch time clubs, staff fitness sessions, curriculum PE and after school clubs.
